The standard commission for Affiliates is 4%. Max.commission is 10%, depending on the sales concluded, subject to the Agreement with the Affiliate. The commission applies to the final price which includes S&H.

We deliver in max 12 business days, but usually in 7-8 days. mainly with FedEx Ground.

Please note that this type of water is produced in limited quantities, online sales are subject to availability of stock.

We ship the water to all 50 states, District of Columbia, US main territories states and Canada.

We do not ship to APOs, FPOs or P.O. boxes.

RETURN POLICY HYDRO HEALTH WATER

All purchases are final sale. Returns can only be accepted if the
product is damaged or otherwise unfit for consumption.

In most cases, orders are not refundable except for manufacturer's
defect reported within 15 days of the receipt of the order — Call 1-800-726-1523
for all return inquiries. Merchandise must be unopened and in a saleable
condition. The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees of the original
purchase if not defective as well as the return shipping. Items returned for
any reason other than EXTRALIGHTWATER.COM error or manufacturer's defect will
be charged a 30% restocking fee.

In cases of damage or manufacturer's defect to the product, please
send photos for review to [email protected].
Do not return any damaged or defective item without return instructions or
authorization. EXTRALIGHTWATER.COM will inspect the pictures and handle returns
and refunds accordingly.
